2. Return and Refund Terms Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Restocking/Processing Fee: A fee of 40% will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover operational and non-refundable payment processing expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
